Together, we can make a difference.

1 in 3 New Zealanders will face cancer in their lifetime. This Daffodil Day, Ford New Zealand, the Vintage Car Club of New Zealand, and the Cancer Society are coming together to support vital cancer research, care, and support services for Kiwis and their families.

At John Andrew Ford, we’re proud to be part of this important initiative. For every test drive completed at our dealership during the month of August, we’ll donate $25 to the Cancer Society to help provide support where it’s needed most.

We're lucky enough to have David's Model-T Speedster on display at our Grey Lynn showroom. It truly is a sight to behold, and we encourage you to come and check it out for yourself.

This particular Model-T has a fascinating story. David purchased it directly from its original owner during a trip to the States many years ago. Throughout its life, the car has undergone both aesthetic and mechanical restoration, bringing it to the exceptional condition you see today.

There are a few things that make this Model-T particularly special. The first is its striking colour and distinctive brass detailing, a nod to its place among the final Model-Ts of the Brass Era, before Ford moved to the now-iconic all-black finish.

Then there's the Speedster body style. Unlike the more familiar Model-T configuration, the Speedster has a much sportier, stripped-back appearance, giving this particular car a character all of its own.

It's a remarkable piece of Ford history, and we're proud to have it here at John Andrew Ford.
